These terms and conditions govern your use of the SweetSmile website and your relationship with SweetSmile Dental Practice ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

About us

SweetSmile is a private dental practice located in Hendon, London. We are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked by telephone, WhatsApp, or via our online booking form. We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to attend or to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged.

We reserve the right to decline or end a patient's care if conduct is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate toward our staff.

Fees and payment

All fees are as listed on our Fees page and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. We do not offer payment plans unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.

Treatment estimates are provided in good faith but may be revised if clinical examination reveals additional requirements.
